  • A copy of passport and residential address proof are required for company registration.

Company Secretary and Registered Address

  • A registered address is required in Seychelles;
  • A correspondence address is required; and
  • Client should maintain an alternative address for operation; and
  • Company secretary is not required under Seychelles jurisdiction

Capital Requirement

  • Minimum paid up share capital required is USD 1; and
  • Standard authorized capital is USD 1 million divided into 1,000,000 shares

Accounting records requirements
The Seychelles Government has enacted new legislation, in its ongoing efforts to ensure the jurisdiction meets the requirements of international regulatory standards.
IBCs are now required to ensure that their underlying accounting records are maintained at their registered office in the Seychelles, including historical records going back 7 years prior to 31 December 2021; i.e. all accounting records from 1 January 2015. These records are now required to be sent to the Seychelles registered office by the deadline of 6 February 2022.
