Trust or Company Service Provider ("TCSP")

Alpine Secretarial Services Limited ("Alpine") and Apex Secretarial Services Limited ("Apex"), subsidiaries of Atrix have officially to be Register of Trust or Company Service Provider Licensees ("TCSPs") in Hong Kong with registration number TC006487 and TC006488, and all of our corporate services will be provide by Alpine and Apex.

As a qualified TCSP Licensee, we do comply with the statutory customer due diligence and record-keeping requirements as set out in Schedule 2 to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, Cap. 615.
