- Tailor-made accounting policy and internal accounting systems
- Consolidate raw financial data into organized financial statements periodically (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually)
- Financial statements includes Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Income Statement/Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income for timely and effective management such as cost controlling and decision making
- For preparation of the annual audit and other business purpose for bank/ tender/contract negotiation
- Served as a liaison between client and auditor to ensure a smooth audit process
Audit Arrangement
Referral of experienced independent auditors for regulatory compliance such as statutory audit, due diligence audit and special purpose audit (including audit of licensed corporations and associated entities intermediaries and project funds). A limited company registered in Hong Kong is required to appoint Certified Public Accountants to conduct audit annually in accordance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The audited financial statements also served as supporting documents for tax return submission.
