Key Requirements
- Invest in ALL of the following 3 areas:
- A non-refundable contribution of at least EUR 650,000 to the National Development and Social Fund ("NDSF") (EUR 650,000 for the principal applicant; EUR 25,000 for the spouse, EUR 25,000 for each dependent under 18; EUR 50,000 for each dependent aged 18 and over)
- Property investment of EUR 350,000 OR leasing of property with annual rental of EUR 16,000 (both for at least 5 years); AND
- Investment in government bond of EUR 150,000 (for at least 5 years)
To become Citizen
- Being Resident for at least 1 year
- Established genuine connection with Malta
