Key Requirements

    • A non-refundable contribution of at least EUR 650,000 to the National Development and Social Fund ("NDSF") (EUR 650,000 for the principal applicant; EUR 25,000 for the spouse, EUR 25,000 for each dependent under 18; EUR 50,000 for each dependent aged 18 and over)
    • Property investment of EUR 350,000 OR leasing of property with annual rental of EUR 16,000 (both for at least 5 years); AND
    • Investment in government bond of EUR 150,000 (for at least 5 years)

To become Citizen

  • Being Resident for at least 1 year
  • Established genuine connection with Malta
