Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Daily accounting duties including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, bank reconciliation and month end schedule
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the team in meeting company & departmental business objectives
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • LCCI Level 3 or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Positive attitude, strong customer service mindset, good team player & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivating, result-driven and good time management
  • Good proficiency in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel & Quick Book / Dac Easy etc.
  • Shipping knowledge is an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred

Assistant Company Secretarial Officer / Company Secretarial Assistant (Temporary)

Responsibilities

  • Handling client’s enquiry about our services, especially about company formation & maintenance, bank account opening, accounting and other compliance work
  • Collaborate with business partners and bankers to provide one-stop business solutions to clients
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties
  • Supporting corporate transaction review, due diligence & follow-up
  • Manage a portfolio of clients for HK and offshore company and related services
  • Ad-hoc support to supervisor / team in meeting company business objectives

Requirements

  • 1 year relevant experience in Corporate Services / company formation services (exposures in professional / legal services firms or listed companies is an advantage)
  • Membership of ICSA / HKICS or ICSA finalist & proficiency in CSA application are definite assets
  • Knowledge in CSA system is advantageous
  • Experience in serving non-Hong Kong clients is advantageous
  • Experience in accounting / company secretary / customer service / legal field or sizable organization is advantageous
  • Positive attitude, self-initiative, good team player & strong customer service mindset
  • Good time management, organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
